Green Tree Python (Morelia viridis) (Aru)

Captive bred and hatched August 2009

The Aru locale originates from a group of roughly 85 islands, located just west of Irian Jaya in the Arafura Sea. Native habitat is mostly sea-level dense forest. Aru's are well known for their beauty and shy demeanor. Many adult Aru's are completely docile. Expect your Aru to exhibit rich blue/green coloration and white dorsal speckling as an adult. All my Arus are hammering thawed pinkies and have fed numerous times. I'm only offering four at this time!
